sharon nkosi - founder & managing director

Sharon Nkosi is the Founder and Managing Director of Kuzokwanda Holdings (Pty) Ltd. A qualified electrician with a strong background in the mining sector, she holds an N5 in Electrical Heavy Current from Nkangala TVET College and completed her trade test at Colliery Training College in 2018.

After gaining valuable experience through apprenticeships with Eskom Transmission, Sharon combined her technical expertise and passion for mining to establish Kuzokwanda Holdings in 2019. Today, she leads the company in delivering a range of professional and reliable industrial solutions.

Her vision, professionalism, and industry insight continue to drive the company’s commitment to efficiency, compliance, and service excellence.
